- The £500 Jarrolds voucher promotion is available at Astley Place only.
- The promotion is available on selected plots and is subject to availability.
- To qualify, purchasers must reserve an eligible new home at Astley Place on or before 30 September 2026.
- Purchasers must legally complete on the purchase of their new home on or before 31 December 2026.
- The £500 Jarrolds voucher will be issued following legal completion and handover of the property.
- One £500 Jarrolds voucher will be provided per qualifying property purchase.
- The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
- If a reservation is cancelled, withdrawn or does not proceed to legal completion, eligibility for the incentive will be withdrawn.
